All people in the animal kingdom, including humans, have a specific genetic structure. A specific number of chromosomes are found in healthy cells of all animals. The slightest change in the number of chromosomes can cause severe anomalies for every organism. For example, healthy human cells contain 23 pairs or 46 chromosomes, if the number changes to 47 or 48, then the child will be born with a fatal birth defect.
Is the Holy Quran being a book about genetics? The answer is ‘No’. But it is a book from the Almighty Allah for mankind. It contains ‘signs’ of God. Almighty Allah has indicated the specific number of chromosomes in the chapters and verses of the Quran. The 16th chapter of the Holy Quran ‘The Bee’ and drone bees have 16 chromosomes. The chapter ‘Human being’ (76th chapter) contains 31 verses. Human chromosome number 46 is the 31st composite number. The word ‘Cow’, ‘Dog, ‘Camel’,’Pigs’ etc. found just before or after or at the position of their specific chromosome number.
In this article, attempts have been made to show this wonderful miracle of the Quran.
Human Chromosome Number Code
Chromosome number in human cells is 23 pairs or 46
Human sperm has 23 chromosomes
Now we will see how many times this miracle occurs in the Holy Quran –
1. Surah Az-Zalzalah is the 99th surah of the Quran. In the third verse of this Surah, the word “Human” (الْإِنسَانِ) is mentioned. When counting the letters from the first verse, we find that the number 46 is contained within the word ‘Insan’ or ‘The Human’. It is interesting to note that human chromosomes also total 46.
When the earth shakes with its tremors when it releases its burden. And people will say, what happened? [ Surah Jiljal 99 ]
2. Again, in the third verse of Surah Ar-Rahman, there is the word ‘Human’. Counting the letters from the first verse of the Surah, the number 23 is found in the word ‘The human’. Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes.
Merciful God The Qur’an taught, created Humans, [ Surah Ar -Rahman 55:3 ]
3. Surah Ar-Rahman verse 14 also contains the word ‘Human’. If we count the letters from the beginning of verse 13, we will notice that there are exactly 23 letters leading up to the word ‘Human’ in verse 14.
Therefore, will both of you deny any of your Lord’s favors? He created Humans from dry clay like burnt clay. [ Surah Ar – Rahman 55: 13-14 ]
4. In the 4th verse of Surah At-Tin (Surah 95), the word ‘Human’ (لِلْإِنسَانِ) is mentioned. Counting the letters from the first verse of the Surah up to the word ‘Human’, there are precisely 46 letters. Interestingly, if we count the letters from the beginning of the 3rd verse to the word ‘Human’ in the 4th verse, we get exactly 23 letters.
By figs and olives, and by Mount Tire in the wilderness of Sinai, and by this secure city. I have created Humans in a more beautiful form. [ Surah Tin 95:1-4 ]
5. The word ‘Human’ (الْإِنسَانِ) appears in verse 28 of Surah An-Nisa in the Holy Quran. Interestingly, the first letter of the word ‘Human’, which is ‘Alif’ (ا), is precisely at the 23rd position.
Allah wants to lighten your burden. Humans are created weak. [ Surah Nisa 4:28 ]
6. In Surah Ibrahim, verse 34 (14:34) of the Holy Quran, the word ‘Human’ (لِلْإِنسَانِ) is found. Remarkably, when counting from the first letter of the verse up to the word ‘Human’, or specifically the first letter ‘Alif’, it coincides with the 46th position.
He has given you everything you asked for. If you count the blessings of Allah, you will not be able to finish them. Surely Humans are very unjust and ungrateful. [ Surah Ibrahim 14:34 ]
07. In Surah Az-Zukhruf, verse 15 (43:15) of the Holy Quran, there are precisely 23 letters from the beginning of the verse to the letter ‘Lam’ of the word ‘Human’.
They have fixed the portion of Allah from among the servants of Allah. Real Humans are clearly ungrateful. [ Surah Zukhruf 43:15 ]
08. If we examine Surah Yasin, verse 77 of the Holy Quran, Allah says:
Does man not see that I created him from a sperm drop? Yet behold! He (openly) disputes, arguing against Us.” [Surah Ya-Seen 36:77]
In this verse, the word “نُّطرفَةٍ۬” or “Nutfah” refers to sperm, and interestingly, the word “sperm” corresponds to the letter “ن” (Nun) precisely in the 23rd position. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that sperm consists of exactly 23 chromosomes.
09. In Surah Fatir, verse 11 (35:11) of the Holy Quran, the word ‘Sperm’ (نُّطْفَةٍ) is mentioned. Remarkably, when counting from the beginning of this verse up to the word ‘Sperm’, the letter ‘fa’ (ف) is precisely located at the 23rd position.
Allah created you from dust, then from semen (sperm), and then made you into pairs. No woman conceives or gives birth except with His knowledge. No one’s lifespan is increased or decreased, except according to what is written. Surely, all this is easy for Allah. [Surah Fatir 35:11]
10. In Surah Al-Mu’min, verse 67 (40:67) of the Holy Quran, the word ‘Sperm’ (نُّطْفَةٍ) is mentioned. Interestingly, when counting from the beginning of this verse up to the word ‘Sperm’, the 23rd letter is found within the word (نُّطْفَةٍ).
He created you from dust, then from semen (Sperm), then from clotted blood, then brought you forth as children, then you entered into youth, then reached old age. Some of you die earlier and you reach the appointed time and you realize. [ Surah Mu’min 40:67 ]
11. In Surah Al-Alaq, the word ‘Human’ or ‘Al-Insaan’ is remarkably placed in various verses of this Surah, aligning with the number of human chromosomes. The word ‘The Human’ or ‘ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ’ (Al Insaan) can be found in the 2nd, 5th, and 6th verses of Surah Al-Alaq.
If we count the letters from the beginning of the first verse, we find the number 23 with the word ‘ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ’ or ‘The human’ in the 2nd verse.
Again, if we count the letters from the first verse to the 2nd verse, we will see that there is the number 46 with the word ‘ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ’ or ‘Human’ in the 5th verse.
Interestingly, if we count the letters from the first letter of the 5th verse, we will see that the first letter of the word ‘ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ’ or ‘Human’ in the 6th verse is exactly at the 23rd place.
We see how wonderfully the words ‘Human’ and ‘Sperm’ are placed within the verse, corresponding to the human chromosome number. Here are just a few examples. Many such verses can be found in the Qur’an. It is definitely proven that the Qur’an was revealed only by the Almighty God.”
Monkey / Chimpanzee Chromosome Number Code
The diploid chromosome number of monkey/chimpanzee is 48. قِرَدَةً (Qiradatan) means monkey in Arabic.
1/ In Surah Baqarah verse 65 (2:65) of the Holy Quran, monkeys are mentioned first. Interestingly, this verse has 48 letters including the last letter of the word قِرَدَةً (Qiradatan) or monkey, which is the same as the monkey’s chromosome number.
You know well those who transgressed about the Sabbath. I said: You become insulted monkeys .
2/ In the Holy Quran, monkeys are mentioned in verse 60 of Surah al-Maida (5:60). From the end of this verse to the word قِرَدَةَ or monkey there are 48 letters and 48 is the monkey’s chromosome number.
Say: I say to you, which of them has an evil reward with Allah? Those whom Allah has cursed, those whom He has become angry with, some of whom He has transformed into monkeys and pigs, and those who have worshiped Satan, those are the lowest in status and far from the right path.
Chromosome number code of bees
- There are three types of bees in the hive. Queen bee, male bee and worker bee. Chromosome number of male bee is 16. Queen and worker bees have 32 chromosomes. The male bee is born from an unfertilized egg and its chromosome number is haploid or 16.
- In Arabic the bee is called نَّۡل (Nahl).
1/ Surah No. 16 of the Holy Quran is named ‘Nahl’ or ‘Bee’ which is equal to the number of haploid chromosomes of the bee.
2/ There are 128 verses in Surah Nahal and the number 128 is divisible by 16 and 32.
3/ In verse 68 of this Surah, bees are mentioned for the first time. In this verse, the last letter of the word Nahl or bee is exactly at the 16th position.
Your Lord commanded the bee : Build houses in mountain caves, trees and tall rice,
4/ The more interesting thing is that the number of non repeated letters in verse 68 is 16.
Horse Chromosome Number Code
The diploid chromosome number of horses is 64. Haploid chromosome number is 32. Horse is called خَيْلِ (Khayl) in Arabic.
1/ Verse 14 of Surah Al-Imran of the Holy Quran (3:14) mentions the first horse. In this verse the word خَيْلِ horse has exactly 64 letters up to the first letter which is equal to the chromosome number of horse.
The human race has become enamored with attractive objects like women, children, wealth, gold and silver, branded horses , livestock and farms. These are the consumables of this worldly life. With Allah is the best refuge.
2/ Then horse is mentioned in verse 60 of Surah Al Anfal (8: 60). This verse has a total of 32 letters from the first to the word خَيْلِ or horse which is equal to the horse’s haploid chromosome number.
And prepare for war with them whatever you can muster of your strength and of reared horses , that it may affect the enemies of Allah and your enemies and others whom you do not know besides them; God knows who they are.
Donkey Chromosome Number Code
Donkey’s diploid chromosome number is 62. Donkey is called حَمِير (Himar) in Arabic.
Donkeys are mentioned in verse 5 of Surah No. 62 (Donkey Chromosome Number) of the Holy Quran. And after the word donkey or حَمِير there are exactly 62 letters.
Those who were given the Torah, then did not follow it, their example is the donkey that carries the Book, and those who deny the revelations of Allah, how inferior is their example. Allah does not guide the wrongdoers.
Chromosome number code for dogs
Dog’s diploid chromosome number is 78. Haploid Chromosome 39.
Dog in Arabic – كَلۡبُ or كَلْبُهُمْ (Kalbi or Kalbuhum)
1/ Verse 176 of Surah Al-A’raf (7: 176) mentions the first dog. If we count from the end we see that there are exactly 78 letters with the word dog which is equal to the chromosome number of dogs.
Of course, if I wanted, I would have increased his status by virtue of all those signs. But he remained degenerate and a follower of his own self. So his condition is like that of a dog ; If you chase him, he will gasp and if you let him go, he will gasp. These are examples of those people; Those who belie My Signs. Therefore, you tell these stories so that they think.
3/ Dogs are mentioned three times in Surah Kahaf verse 22 (18:22). The second time there are exactly 39 letters from the first to the dog, which is equal to the dog’s haploid chromosome number.
Based on conjecture about the unknown they will now say: They were three; Their fourth is their dog . will also say; They are five people. Their sixth was their dog. Also say: They were seven people. Their eighth was their dog. Say: My Lord knows their number well. Few people know about them. You shall not dispute about them and interrogate any of them about their condition except in general discussion.
Chromosome number code of camel
Diploid chromosome number of camel is 74 and haploid chromosome number is 37. Camel is called جَمَلُ (Jamalu) in Arabic and camel is called نَاقَةُ (Nakatu).
1/ Camel is mentioned in verse 40 of Surah No. 7 of the Holy Quran (Surah Araf 40). In this verse, if you count the word جَمَلُ (Jamalu) from the very first letter, it will be seen that it is in the 74th place.
Verily, those who belie My verses and take pride in them, the gates of heaven will not be opened for them, and they will not enter Paradise. Until the camel enters through the eye of the needle . Thus I punish the sinners.
3/ Ushtri’s نَاقَةُ is then mentioned in verse 59 of Surah 17 of the Holy Quran (Surah Bani Isra’il or Isra, verse 59) and the word with Ushti or نَاقَةُ is exactly at the 37th position, which is equal to the haploid chromosome number of Ushtri.
I had to refrain from sending the signs because of the rejection of some signs by the predecessors. I gave Samud a knife to convince them . Then they oppressed him. I only send signs to warn.

That is, the chromosome numbers of various animals mentioned in the Qur’an are definitely proven. Because the chromosome number can coincidentally match once or twice but not repeatedly. But in the Quran, such an incident is happening again and again. Therefore, there is no room for doubt that the Qur’an is the word of God.
